I build apps that work where your business does.

At the counter, in the warehouse and in the office: mobile and web apps connected to the printers, scanners and screens your team uses. My current system runs Dlux Tienda, a grocery chain in Guatemala.

    What I build

Apps your team carries and the tools your office runs the business from.

    Mobile apps

Apps for your team and your customers, built together with your web tools so a fix or a new feature reaches all of them at once.

    Web applications

Browser tools to manage the business from: admin panels, dashboards, orders and reports.

    Apps that drive hardware

Software for the devices your team works on, such as POS terminals and Android phones, controlling the hardware attached to them.

    Integrations

Connecting your system to the outside services it relies on, such as electronic invoicing with the tax authority.

Not a shop? I also build booking systems, client portals, delivery tracking and internal tools for service teams. Tell me what you need

A grocery chain's registers, stock and invoices in one system

Three apps, designed and built by me, and I still maintain them.

At Dlux Tienda, cashiers sell and close their shifts on the register app, with deals and quantity prices applied automatically. Purchases, warehouse receptions and dispatches to the stores go through the inventory app, and the office manages users and reports from the web panel. Every sale is invoiced with the tax authority.

Registers keep selling when the internet is down

Each register has its own reserved invoice numbers, so sales are saved on the device and sent to the tax authority once the connection is back: none lost, none counted twice, including the 1,000+ sales a year made during outages.

Stock counts: 3 days down to 5 hours

Each store and warehouse keeps its own stock, updated as goods arrive, move and sell. Counts are done on a phone, and a full count that took 3 days now takes 5 hours.

Shoppers see your deals while they pay

The terminal's back screen shows a slideshow of promotions while the cashier works on the front, and staff change the slides from the web panel.

Works with the printer, cash drawer and scanners

Invoices, receipts and shift reports print on the terminal's built-in printer, the cash drawer opens on cash sales, and barcodes scan at the register or with a phone camera.

We used to rent a POS that never quite fit how we work. Kenneth built us our own, and since we switched, our stores haven't stopped selling, not even when the internet goes down.

    How I work

You talk to the person writing the code, from the first conversation to launch day.

    1. Chat

      Free, with no commitment

A conversation about how your business runs today, where it hurts and which of your current tools to keep.

    2. Proposal

      A fixed price, in writing

The scope and timeline on paper, paid in stages as each part is delivered.

    3. Build

Try it every week or two

Short rounds with a working version, and a written update every week, even when there's nothing new to show.

    4. Launch and support

      The code is yours

I set it up with your team and fix any bug in what I built free for 30 days, then stay on for fixes and new features as you need them. The code is documented, so any developer could pick it up.
